Contact: Peter Rode This ministry strives to assimilate new members into the congregation so that they might become productive as soon as possible. Members of a prayer team pray for the new members and their needs. Sponsors help these new members find their niche in the congregation, and a gift analysis identifies their abilities, talents, and interests and assists them in finding their proper place of work in the body here. An annual ministry fair will help achieve this goal by allowing church members to meet with the leader of each ministry. This ministry also provides an orientation class for all new comers to introduce them to their new congregation. Prayer Teams: Pray for New Member's Assimilation.
